LJMU alumna expands mental health charity

A mental health and wellbeing centre established by an LJMU alumna is expanding by providing more services and moving into new premises.

Sean's Place is relocating to the heart of the high street in Bootle (below), making it even easier for people to access the support they need.

The charity was established last year by Debbie Rogers, who graduated with a first class BA in Business and Human Resources in 2019.

Debbie set it up after losing her brother, Sean, to mental health problems in July 2019. Sean's Place provides opportunities for men to connect together through sessions designed to increase confidence and self-esteem while reducing social isolation.
